Our founder has a passion for saving older buildings from demolition and giving them a brand new life. The OpenSpace building was built starting in the 1920s and was originally a glass factory. When we purchased the building, it was in disrepair and needed to be completely renovated. After years of construction and hard work, we have a bright and clean interior that looks brand new! Originally, we used a third party management, but we are now self-managing.
Our self-storage facility is gated with key-code access. Our convenient access hours are daily from 6 am – midnight so you’ll be able to access your storage easily.
Please keep in mind that there are additional fees when renting a unit:
There is a one-time Admin fee of $15+tax
$50 refundable deposit if unit is vacant and broom swept
A cylinder lock needs to be purchased. Our units do not use padlocks
**We require insurance on the units as well. You can bring your own, or use ours**

I've been using storage facilities for 20+ years, and I've never received the customer care that I received from the staff. I reserved a unit online, and was contacted the following morning to confirm. Later I had concerns about the size of the unit I chose, so she walked me through several different units so that I may see the sizes with my own eyes. Then she helped me find the best unit for what I needed, and could afford. There wasn't a question that the staff couldn't answer, and they made sure I got any information I needed, including the fastest route to my unit. This was an A+++ experience.
